CMAC Ontario Branch Member clubs can enter a submission up to March 21, 2025. Clubs are limited to 3 submissions each.
Categories for submission include:
- Club Event
- Youth Programs
- Costs and Time Savings Program
- Golf Operations
- Food & Beverage Concepts
- Breakthrough Ideas
- Health & Wellness
- Communications - Member and Staff Engagement
- Staff Management and Incentives
Entry Criteria:
- MMC Committee will review all submissions prior to accepting.
- All entries must be submitted online via email admin@cmacontario.com
- Idea board submissions must identify the Club and name of the category.
- CMAC Ontario will print entries on a standard size poster board for display on site.
- Idea boards must be submitted in portrait format.
- Club logo must be part of the idea entry board.
- Clubs may submit up to 3 entries (encouraged).
Each submission will include information and a single poster. The branch will print the posters (22”x28”) before the Annual Meeting.
Each person attending the Annual Meeting (members and non-members) will be given a token for voting. The token will be deposited in a container to represent their vote. The highest number of tokens will win. Voting can take place anytime until an announcement is made during dinner.
